Maison Omero ships its creations with the utmost care, in collaboration with trusted carriers, to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to order preparation, shipping, estimated delivery times, applicable fees, and responsibilities associated with the delivery of your order.


2. Shipping destinations

We currently ship our creations to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • France

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.


3. Order preparation times

Silver products

Orders for in-stock silver products are generally prepared within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Gold or platinum products

Orders for gold or platinum products are generally prepared within 4 to 6 weeks after payment confirmation, as these pieces are produced exclusively to order.

Custom-made or personalized products

Custom-made or personalized creations are subject to a specific production timeframe, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of order or by email.

The indicated preparation times are estimates and may vary depending on the period (collection launches, holidays, high demand).


4. Estimated delivery times

Once the order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:

  • Canada: 3 to 6 business days

  • United States: 3 to 9 business days

  • France: 3 to 9 business days

⚠️ These timeframes are indicative and may be extended due to customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, peak periods, or any event beyond our control.


5. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation.

Fees may vary depending on:

6. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees

For international deliveries:

  • Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country

  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees, unless otherwise stated

  • Maison Omero has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount


7. Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including, where available, a tracking number allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.


8. Responsibility and transfer of risk

Maison Omero places great importance on the security of your order.

  • Products are carefully packaged prior to shipment

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking, and a signature is required upon delivery

Responsibility for the products transfers to you once delivery has been completed and confirmed by the carrier, as evidenced by your signature.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you with the carrier claim process.


9. Shipping address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided at checkout.

Maison Omero cannot be held responsible for:

  • delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • parcels that are unclaimed or refused

Any costs related to reshipment will be borne by the customer.


10. Delivery delays

The delivery times provided are estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

Maison Omero shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or any event beyond our control.


11. Undelivered, lost, or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Supporting evidence (photos, statements) may be required to open an investigation with the carrier.

  • Please note that delivery to any person at your shipping address is considered valid and complete.
