The design fee, fully deducted from the final price, opens the design phase with our designers.
This amount is non-refundable, as each sketch is an exclusive artistic creation, crafted especially for you. Together, we will create the initial sketches of your jewelry, with up to three complimentary revisions to achieve absolute perfection. Every line, every curve, is designed to reflect your unique vision.

Beyond these three touch-ups, additional adjustments can be made for an up-charge reflected on the final price.

When your heart says yes to the final design, full payment for your ring less the deposit (design fee) will be required to begin manufacturing.
From the first handcrafted step undertaken, this amount cannot be refunded, as the creation then mobilizes our materials, our know-how and the dedicated time of our artisans.

Your ring then comes to life in a demanding process: molten metal, cut stone, brilliance revealed.
The creation time is 4 to 6 weeks , a guarantee of patience, precision and beauty.

At Omero, each piece of jewelry is prepared and shipped with the highest level of care.

Shipping times for available parts

For items already in stock, shipping is usually done within 3 to 5 business days after your order is validated.

Lead times for custom-made creations

Pieces made especially for you require a manufacturing time of 6 to 8 weeks , depending on the complexity of the model and the availability of materials.
As each piece of jewelry is handcrafted, these delivery times may exceptionally vary.

International delivery

If your destination does not appear at checkout, our customer service can arrange a customized shipment.

Taxes and additional fees

Depending on the delivery region, certain fees may be included or charged separately. Any customs duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

Omero reserves the right to adjust its shipping rates or refuse certain destinations when logistical conditions require it.

Returns & Exchanges

For all return or exchange requests, please contact us mentioning your order number.

Return period

Requests must be made within 14 business days of receiving your jewelry. Our team will verify the eligibility of your request before approving it.

Custom creations

Custom-made parts are not eligible for a refund.
However, they can be exchanged, subject to the condition of the creation and the prior agreement of our team.

Return conditions

The jewelry must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by all of its packaging (box, certificate, accessories).
Once the request is approved, a return label or collection can be arranged depending on your geographical area.

Refund

After receiving and checking your package, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
When a refund is applicable, it is processed within 7 business days .
Omero reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, alterations, or if the package is incomplete.

Omero creations are designed to last. To preserve their brilliance and beauty, we recommend a few simple steps:

Avoid chemicals

Remove your jewelry before any exposure to cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, chlorine or household products.
These substances can alter the shine of metal and natural stones.

Store jewelry separately

Keep each piece in its case or in an individual pouch to avoid scratches and friction between jewelry.

Gentle and regular cleaning

Clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth, ideally microfiber.
For gold and silver, you can use warm soapy water and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly.

Avoid shocks and physical activities

Remove your jewelry during sports activities or manual work to prevent deformation, shocks or scratches on the stones and metal.

Protect from moisture

Humidity can tarnish some metals. Store your jewelry in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
