The design
A CA$489 design fee, deducted from the final price, opens the design phase. Up to three revisions are included; the fee is non-refundable once the sketch is made.

The yes
Once you approve the final design, payment for the piece (less the design fee) starts production.

The making
Your ring takes shape in 6 to 8 weeks: metal cast, stone cut, shine revealed. Once work begins, payments are non-refundable.
