Where is your jewellery made?
Every piece is assembled by hand in our Montréal workshop, with natural stones and precious metals: sterling silver 925, 18k gold and platinum 950.
How long does a gold or platinum piece take?
Gold and platinum are made to order: allow 6 to 8 weeks before shipping. You can order directly online.
Are silver pieces available right away?
Yes. Sterling silver bracelets are in stock and ship within 3 to 5 business days.
How do I choose my bracelet size?
Wrist under 16 cm (6 ¼ in): S-M. Over 16 cm: M-L. The size guide explains how to measure.
Can I change the cord colour later?
Yes. Our workshop can replace the satin cord; contact us to arrange it.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada, the United States, France and other selected destinations. Customs duties are paid by the recipient.
Can I return a piece?
Yes for sterling silver bracelets, within 14 days, unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense and the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it. Gold, platinum and bespoke pieces are final sale, including all earrings, which come only in 18k gold and platinum.
Is my jewellery guaranteed?
Yes, for one year on precious metals and stone setting for the Héritage collections, bracelets and earrings. The natural colour of the stones is not covered.
How does a bespoke ring work?
A CA$489 design fee, deducted from the final price, starts the design, with up to three revisions. Making then takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Can I see the pieces before buying?
Yes, by booking an appointment: an advisor emails you and presents the pieces in detail.
