Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for an unworn piece with no signs of wear, in its original packaging and box, with the invoice.

Final sale

18k gold, platinum and bespoke or personalised pieces cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This applies to all our earrings, which come only in 18k gold and platinum 950.

How to return

• Email us before sending anything, with your order number.
• We send instructions once approved. Parcels sent without approval are refused.
• Return shipping costs are paid entirely by the customer.
• The customer is responsible for the parcel until Maison Omero receives it: Maison Omero cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage in transit. We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the piece, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days at most.

Damaged item or error

Check your order on arrival and contact us quickly; we may ask for photos.
