Warranty and repairs

Our warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on our precious metals and on stone setting for the Héritage collections, bracelets and earrings.

Changes in the colour or appearance of natural stones are not covered. To protect them, avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume and lotion, and avoid baths or long immersion in water.

Making times

Every piece is handmade and goes through strict quality control. Allow 3 to 5 business days before shipping for silver pieces, and 6 to 8 weeks for gold or platinum.

Repair service

Our workshop offers a repair service to restore your piece, including replacing the satin cord. Please contact us before sending anything: an advisor will review your request and explain the next steps.
